Looking for a individual plan or want to just drop in?
Pilates Boot camp:
3x at 8:30am
High intensity, hour long class where we run, bike, and include about 20 minutes of Pilates work at the end.
Group Pilates:
Our hour long sessions allow you to pair up with a maximum group size of four where we focus on circuit training, traditional Pilates methods, the spin bike, and stretching…. and more.
Private Classes:
Perfect for clients who need one on one attention. Here we focus on form and layering movement; changing your base of support to make series more challenging as you progress. Physical therapy detail is also more readily available for you in this class.
